Rates

Depending on your needs and whishes we offer smaller or larger apartments. Expect to pay E 750 for a weekly stay, and E 2000 for a monthly stay. All prices are all in (incl. all energy/water/taxes etc) but exclusive of bank or creditcard charges.
  • All prices include fresh bed linen, towels and cleaning once a week.
  • Babies may stay free of charge and an extra bed for small children (under 10 years old) is avaiable for € 15 per night.
  • Prices are pro rata. For example, if you stay for 1.5 months, the price would be € 2000 + € 1000 (i.e. half of € 2000).

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation

Up to six weeks before arrival: cancellation of your reservation is free of charge.
Between six weeks and a week (7 days) before arrival: we will charge half of the rental price. For rental periods longer than one month we will charge half a months rent.
Within 7 days before arrival: cancellation is no longer possible and you will be charged the full rental price. Please note that this also applies if you do not turn up (no show). If it concerns a rental period longer than one month, we will charge a single months rent.

Notice period

If you wish to leave prior to your agreed end date there are the following notice requirements:

Rentals shorter than one month: one week's notice is required.
Rentals for 1 to 3 months: two weeks notice is required.
Rentals longer than 3 months: one month's notice is required.

There may be circumstances that cause you to cancel your reservation or to end your lease before the agreed end date. We advise you to make sure you have adequate travel insurance so that you can prevent extra costs for yourself.
